How do i get rid of viruses on a laptop?

Everytime I search something on google then click on a link it sends me off to some other site and 70% of the time DON"T CLICK ON THIS!!---> http://panaroma-onira.com/security1/?aid…(aka) malware site. It took me like 3 times to get to yahoo answers with youtube. What show I do? I tried malwarebyte nothing. Avira nothing. CCleaner well idk. 2x Superantispyware a few things but still.I think its a redirect virus. First answer who helps me kill it gets 10 points!! forex robot
